During Fiscal Year (FY) 2024–25, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) continued to administer essential housing and community development programs, including the Housing Choice Voucher, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Affordable Housing Development Programs, as well as through the management of Public Housing developments.
The LACDA’s budget was predominantly Federally-funded for its housing and community development programs, 68% of which was provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Local revenue sources included Public Housing dwelling rental and County General funds. Other sources of funds came from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of Commerce, and Federal Aviation Administration.
